I have this problem from last 5 to 6 months. There is spot on penile head which is red and feel more sensitive when I touch that spot. But I'm still 21 years old and Virgin so sexual contact. I mastrubate daily but clean throughly everyday and apply ferro candela anti septic cream.. When I go to sleep. I don't feel discomfort when I mastrubate but while cleaning I feel more sensitive then other part of penis.
