Actually sometimes some whitish material remain stuck to penis itself and also there are red spots which are sometimes itchy. I clean penis everyday but still after few days the whitish material appears. What should I use for this?? This is happening since few weeks.

Always wash your penis daily with soap and water.It is smegma that u are pointing and it collects due to bad genital hygiene
