Since from 2-3 months. Developed red rashes (dry patch) on skin. On neck and leg on ankle mostly near where bigger vein passes. It itches in the evening. I applied a mixture of coconut oil and camphor but only temp relief. Also applied moisturiser but no use. Pls help
