Baby has skin Allergy all over the body from Thursday Evening. Red Rashes keeps on spreading. We have used Caladryl oinment alone yesterday.

Images are not clearly visible..please mention more detail about the age of the child..what is the allergy history?? Had similar complaints previously?? Any recent exposure to new clothes/jewelry/food/pet/dust etc??
