18months baby having red rashes in diaper area and anus outer part .Please suggest some medicine. I am using clocip powder and clocip b ointment

This is known as diaper rash. Avoid wearing diapers for a week, after one week limit the use of diaper. Keep the area dry. Apply sialoderm cream three times a day for one week.
