I have been suffering from acne on my whole body mostly on back and chest and acne left dark spot on my body.I want to remove this problem as soon as.

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation.
