I have got red pimple kind of bubble beside ring finger edge.. its repeatedly bleeding when something hit it. it started as a small red spot on finger, and is of 4 mm in size now. it's been over a month is not healing after completing an antibiotic course. one of my friend told it needs surgeon attention but not sure if it. please suggest

I diagnose it a pyogenic granuloma. Removal of the lesions by electro cautery is my advise. It won’t resolve on its own
