I have a patch of reddened skin on my right cheek close to the corner of my mouth, about a two inch diameter circle. It's been there for quite awhile, a year maybe longer. I've tried many creams, over the counter treatments etc. but nothing seems to make a difference. If I look at it closely I can see tiny white dots where the hair follicles are within the patch. The texture is slightly different too, drier and rougher than the rest of my face.
