Red eye May be due to conjunctivitis
Swelling is there. No pain, eye is watering ... before some day insect goes in my eye but with in 2 days it was good but after some day this problem arise
it is acute conjuntivitis. use antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and ciplox eye oint at bed time. please be careful not to spread it to other family members. keep your belongings seprate e.g. towel hanky and pillow etc wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. wash your hands whenever you touch your eyes. take rest in isolation.

This looks like conjunctivitis
Try
A.cold compresses
B use two handkerchief one for each eye
C. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist
