Red dots on baby's neck and cheeks

Hello Sir/Mam, My daughter is 7 months old. She has 2 red dots coming out on cheeks and 2 on neck. We have not introduced any new cream or food other than sweet potato. Photo attached. Could you please advise what this could be ? Is that due to sweet potato ? We stopped giving that still dots are not going off. Thanks

Hi, this could be simple insect bites, you could stop sweet potato for a few days but it appears less likely to be a rash related to food allergy
