Having red kind of dead skin in the face, which started in 2005 some time it reduce but sametime it increases . Because of this face look black I feel itching also sometime. Currently using sunscreen and biluma cream in night.

Hello It is not clear as to what is the problem. It may be allergy to UV rays or something. Or it may be Urticaria. Try using face cream containing Berb aquifolium. Better still, consult in person Good day
