I had visited Goa, during bath in sea I think water (salt water) entered into eye two days ago. Today, eye is showing red colouration.

As a precautionary measure you may use antibiotic eye drops like 4Quin eye drops 4-5 times for few days.

Sometimes simple rubbing of the eyes after a swim may cause small blood vessels over the white of the eye to bleed. This is a harmless condition and needs no treatment.
