Red bumps (Lal Dana) on tongue

My kid was suffering from fever so we have administered Calpol for 2days and post which Azithral 200 has been given to subside the fever. Now he is feeling better but a lots red bumps can be seen on his tongue. Apart from this, he is also reluctant to eat any normal cuisines that he usually eat before the fever.
