Red blisters on feet

Since past 2 days i am observing small red blisters with puss on my feet (like pimples).They do not pain but when i break a blister to take puss out it pains.Few days back i had such blisters on my hand but they disappeared and now reappeared on my feet.Kindly suggest any creams/ointments/powders.Attaching pics.
