One of my relative have red and hard skin on one side of his face since birth. He is 25 years now. Few days back he realized that his half of the lips getting thicker in same side where red patch is. Whom should we consult for this. Need advice.

Hello sir...  The signs u have mentioned directs more towards the neurocutaneous syndromes or the vascular lesions. It must be growing in the subcutaneous planes involving the lips.  Its always better to take an opinion of a plastic surgeon in such conditions who can guide u the treatment modalities.  U can send me the pictures if possible to know more.
