Red acne with no heads

There are few red acne with no head on both of my cheeks. They are very painful. Though i have an oily i usually dont get these kind of acne. I have got mt blood test to rule out hormonal change , but test csme out to be fine. Kindly advise.

Wash the face with salicylic acid cleansers twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime over pimples for 2-3 wks. Wash it off after 2 hrs. Morning apply clindamycin after face wash.
