Some painless red acne has developed on my chest from past few days, these have grown in no's considerably in past 2 days. Sir, what can be the reason for same. It cannot be due to sweating as I have not gone through any major sweating in past 2-3 days. Sir, can this be a symptom of early diabetes or HIV?
