I have recurring sinusitis which results in pain throughout the right side of my face. I catch cold very easily which turns into pain in my right cheek, right eye, right set of upper tooth. Toothaches are the worst. I am having these problems continuously.

You seem to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses for confirmation of diagnosis. Once confirmed treatment can be planned which may include surgery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
