Recurring sinus

Everytime I try to eat an ice-cream or any cold item, I either get sinus or tonsils. I get these two every year somehow. Please help me to find a permanent cure for this.

You seem to be suffering from chronic tonsillitis which usually presents with recurrent attacks of throat pain and difficulty in swallowing. If your symptoms are persistent and recurrent then you may need to undergo surgery known as tonsillectomy
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
