Can't brush teeth and move tongue and eat food and Visited ENT specialist and also dentist. Taking b complex, velgut and multivitamin. Doctor advised to apply triamaderm for 1week got relief. again after 2 months recurred the same problem. Don't know which specialist I have to visit. thinking to see dermatologist. Anyone can advise me who will help me for this problem? What could be the reason? How to address this?

Hi. Check if you have vitamin B12 and /or folic acid deficiency. A blood test for CBC can be done to start with. Take tablet Autrin, one tab daily meanwhile .

Looks like you have some serious underlying medical condition. Will require specific investigations to be done & immediate treatment
