My son has been complaining of stomach pains occasionally and passes motion once in 3 days usually since recently. He goes to school and suddenly got a fever yesterday. It's been coming and going as we give paracetamol drops. Started yesterday afternoon now a whole day like this now. He mentioned mouth pain today morning seems like a throat pain as he complains when taking liquids also. No other symptoms other than a fever right now. The fever usually averages 38.5- 39 and then drops with medicine. A snap of the mouth attached doubtful if it's an ulcer.
