Recurring cold, sneezing, mucus, nose bl

I have this recurring problem of cold and within no time I start sneezing continuously followed by running nose, it stops only when I take medicine. I take Montek-l and it stops but fills me with mucous and nose block. This continues for days and at night I also have burning sensation in the respiratory track.
