Gastro surgeon and gastroenterologist will help u. stage of rectal prolapse will decide treatment. pelvic muscles strengthenin and  surgery are the option

Your case can be treated by either a general surgeon or a gastro surgeon. The most common treatment for rectal prolapse is surgery to put the rectum back in place, and there are several types. If your rectal prolapse is very minor and it is caught early, you might be treated by taking stool softeners to make it easier to go to the bathroom and by pushing the rectum’s tissue back up the anus by hand. But, typically, you will eventually need to have surgery to fix rectal prolapse. If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest
