My friend he is 45 years old, he has been daigonosed with rectal cancer stage 1 , no regional or distant metastasis. Can he able to live full live .

Hope you have mentioned stage I after staging (post operative staging. If so, unless there are some bad risk factors in the pathology report, no additional chemo or radiation therapy will be required. He will have to do follow up. Most of them will have good survival.
