I undergone for piles surgery on 1 March( leaser surgery). every day my pain in healing now .but I m facing issues like I feel i have to go motion .i m taking medicine prescription by Dr. want to ask is this problem happens after surgery.

It's common to feel this after surgery for atleast 2-3 weeks. If it persists even beyond this time then it's better to consult a surgeon again.
Next Steps
continue medication till end of 2 weeks post OP.
