I m feeling so tired and shortness of breathe after heavy work.after. recovery from jaundice.do u need vitamin capsules.i have done ECG report is sinus tachycardia.doctor told me the problem is in my mind.no need to worry.i have not feel so tiredness in my life .I have to take rest other wise I feel shortness of breathe.is this normal can I take multivitamins.
