Hello, Im suffering from RA since 4 months. I was on medication for Wysolone for 2 months but I have stopped taking it since a month as I have completed the course. Along with this I was also taking HCQS 400 tab 1 daily. And it's been 2 months of this medicine. I am having mild stiffness in my joints now. Will it be okay if I stop these Medicines and continue doing exercises and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Please suggest as it's been months since I'm on medication and now I want to stop

Rheumatoid Arthritiis (if that is the correct diagnosis) is a long term condition which can be controlled with both medications and exercise. Depending on the clinical condition medications can be changed or tapered. From your description your disease is still mildly active. Stopping medications may not be ideal although dose can be reduced after consultation with your doctor.
Next Steps
start regular exercise see a Rheumatologist
Health Tips
don't stop medications without seeing a doctor
