You have to do several tests.... both husband and wife .
Also scan the non
pregnant uterus .
Check if there is Koch's in the endometrium.
Get all the hormones checked.
Also you have to do some tests to rule out certain antibodies .
All this your gynaecologist will order and advise accordingly.
Don't lose hope ..be patient and do everything in an orderly manner.
Also do a karyotyping.
