The RCT treated teeth are not very nicely visible in ur opg as we require to see the periodontal lining around it.mostly due to trauma it takes time for the periodontium/surrounding bone to regain normal strength. U just avoid biting hard food .
The bump in lip is due to not suturing the lacerated wound . Mostly as it has turned into bump it is called mucocele . It ruptures on its own or if u have lot of discomfort u can get it removed surgically and tht is minor procedure nd get stirring done there.
If the bump is solid then it is due to excessive fibrosis in that area. Again it needs to be assessed and can be surgically removed
