Some days back after taking dinner outside (chicken) my husband complained of itching on lips.. For 1-2 days itching continued while lip were swelled. Subsequently, as swelling started to vanish but rashes occurred (as if it is drying). Applied lip balm/ soframycin taken Allegra medicine.. Want to know will this problem be cured like this? Is there some chronic / severe issues that needs immediate attention?? It may be mentioned that my husband's skin is sensitive n he's prone to allergy

If the rash has settled and notncome back then you don't need to worry. It is an acute attack of urticaria. If there is dryness of lips apply NMF e lip balm twice a day. Hope this helps Best Dr Batul patrl
