Hi my bby is 5 month 26 days old . Plz find the pic . All this rashes are red and its coming and going , from last 2 dayys my bby facing this issue plz help

Looks like contact dermatitis from the images( image is not very clear). You can apply rash free cream. If you are using a diaper- avoid it till the rashes disappear.
