Rashes on breast joints

I have developed rashes (looks like small prickly heat but cannot be as it is winter season) on my breast joints as well as just below the breast joints. There was a slight pain when I touched them too much for the first few days and they turned red if I touched them too much. Now they seem to be subsiding and the whole area has reddish black marks. Please advise here. I am worried since I have a family history of breast cancer.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It could be a fungal issue. Best thing to do would be to use a candid dusting powder daily. Get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
