Rashes on baby's anus

Hi Our baby  28 days old suffering from rashes which is from last 7 days we are applying diaper rash cream but there is no result. Doctor has suggested soliderm mixi for 5 days we have applied the same as well but baby is not recovering. Nowadays the wipes are also getting red I have attached the photo kindly suggest appropriate for solution. Thanks

Please consult dermatologist in your area, Pediatrician are not getting helpful I guess. If you want you can do paid consultation with my wife dr.minal Thamke she is dermatologist and available for paid consultation on Practo.
