Rashes and red spots

I am chlaymdia postive 1:32, I took one Azithromycin 500 mg tablet on first day and two tablets other day, one in morning and one after dinner then from third day I am on doxycycline two tablets in a day .. it's been four days since I'm taking doxycycline but rashes and red lesion are still there, now eching has also started under forskin... Please help me SIR
