I had a cold and raining nose 3 days back but from which all most got cure .but from yesterday night my body develop rashes where I start itching

You are probably suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection which you had or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals.. It can be symptomatically treated with antihistamines so that you do not get any new hives.
