RASH around eyes 4mn old

My child has developed rash around eyes and it's very itchy . I can see the rash mainly on eye lids and in the eye brows. We consulted paediatrician suggested - calamine - but not much of help. Pls suggest

Its really difficult to answer without knowing more details, like childs age, duration of symptoms and if you could attach a photograph of the rash it would help diagnose and then advice. So suggestion- review with the same pediatrician or go see a dermatologist
