I am 26 years old ,When ever I do physical activities my heartbeats Beats rapidly and I tired soon, it is happen at the time of having sex wid my wife and also early ejaculation is happen, I think my heart is stressed due to my bad habits like smoking, but I quite smoking but it is happen till , what should I do

I will personally advise to quit smoking completely, means do not restart. Though I feel everything with your heart would be normal but still to be on safer side get an ECG and echo done.
