Random slow pulse

Sometimes once in a day for 5-6 second i feel uncomfortable and then looks like my heart is slowing a bit and when i check pulse i can feel it slows down a bit then normal. I went to MD doctor and he did echo and ecg with all values showing normal. Is it OK to have this slow pulse for a while.

It can be because of an ectopic which is sometimes missed by an ECG. Consult a cardiologist and get a Holter done
