Random knee pain

So when I was just walking around Kohl's a few days ago my knee randomly started hurting. It now hurts to walk on and hurts the most when I go from resting to moving. What I can tell you is that I pulled my groin muscle about 7 weeks agoan the opposite leg and it's still healing so I was thinking that maybe subconsciously I'm putting more weight on my other leg hence the knee problem. I don't know it's just an idea. But yeah I'm really mad about it I want to start running again but now I have two injuries. With these injuries I'm still working out 6 times a week with weights/ Pilates, the elliptical, bike, and low impact cardio workouts online. Hope this is okay cause my physical therapist didn't really give me much of an opinion on it. Thanks.
