From last two years my mother is suffering from itching problem, it starts suddenly some time and slowly some time. when itched lines of rashes appear on the skin part itched. she also has problem of variation in her voice(hindrance to speak) when there is some change in water or climate. visited many doctors but dint help. please guide us. thank u
