  4. Random Headrushes. Should be concerned?

The past couple of weeks I have been just sitting or standing and not moving and getting a head rush. I can't see anything for a few seconds and feel dizzy and then it goes away. I know headrushes usually happen when getting up but mine happen randomly. Just wondering if I should be concerned?
