I have touched plates which were licked by locality dogs Is there any possibility of me aquiring rabies ???

As long as you washed your hands thoroughly after touching the plates, washing the plates before consumption of food and didn't have any open wounds over your hand, you're unlikely to acquire the rabies virus.
