If we find an unknown dead animal on roadside eg stray cat or dog or a road kill , especially in rainy season with plenty of water accumulated on roadside around the corpse , is it an exposure to rabies to undergo PEP treatment  if someone with a wound on feet walks through the accumulated water on the road , if pep recommended then whether there is any need of Rabies Immuno Globulin shots .
