In the morning wooden kitchen cabinet fall on head. It has swollen a bit but no bleeding.  I had no dizziness. When I touch it pains. I had kept ice for long. Sometimes I feel like feet and palm numbness. Is there anything I need to keep a check on?

It's mostly a superficial injury to skin over head. I will list the danger sign you should keep a watch for. 1. Loss of consciousness 2. Seizures 3. Vommiting If any of the above, you should consult a local doctor immediately.
