Hi Doctor, my self, Mahesh, 30 year old i'm a self employed person, from last 2-3 months my blood pleasure is above normal range. most of the time between 130/85 to 136/90. so pls let me know should srart the mefication now only? if yes, do i need to take medicine for long period? pls advice.
