I have done anomaly scan in 20th week. In my report everything is normal except 1 thing. It is written Stomach is partially contracted'. Attached the report for reference. Is this something to worry? Please guide what could be the reason and possible solution. Kindly help. I am very worried.

You can get a follow up scan 3-4 weeks later. As of now, doesn't seem to be worrisome.
