Query regarding medicine's Brand

I am taking PPI from 05 days I.e. Esomeprazole with levosulpiride with the name of Nexpro L for acid reflux but today I took the same medicine with same salt but with a different brand name I.e. Esofag L and it didn't help me and my problem reoccurred. Do brand names really effect upon the quality of medicines manufactured ? Which brand manufactures decent quality of medicines with Esomeprazole and levosulpiride. Can u pls suggest me.
