Hi Iam 26 unmarried male. I'm planning to go for a semen analysis test before marriage. what is the procedure and for how many days I should not manstrubate

Hello Semen analysis test can be done from any recognised lab. A sample is to be given after at least 72 hrs of absinence from sex. So don't masturbate for at least 3 days before testing.
