Attached is my current state of baldness. I'm 25m unmarried. so before marriage I want do grafting. I want to know if I can increase my hair density via hair transplant. If so approx how many grafts do I need. Pls help

A proper examination person would be more accurate to know the size and circumference of a circle so we know what area we have to cover . But if it is an average sized head on the lower side I think in 2000- 2500 grafts we can cover that area effectively with good density. You can go for higher number of grafts which will give you additional density
