QUERY ON GASTROINTESTINAL PERFORATION

2021-05-11 17:01:41
I had an endoscopy on 7th May 2020 at 2:30 pm and I feel that the gastroenterologist while performing an endoscopy has perforated either my stomach or duodenum. It has been over 104 hrs. If there is stomach or duodenum perforation then can it be possible that a patient remain stable for this much long time? Can it also be possible that an endoscope has grazed the inner soft skin of my intestine or stomach and that is causing pain in my abdomen? I am having mild pain on left side of my abdomen which is constant after I had endoscopy. I also want to add that the doctor who performed my endoscopy has experience of only 3 years in field of gastroenterology. Endoscopy report is attached below and if there was perforation then is it mandatory to mention such a thing in an endoscopy report?

A simple upper GI endoscopy with an almost normal report as yours rarely causes a perforation. I suggest you to stop googling your symptoms and consult a proper doctor for your pain.
